The shore clingfish, Lepadogaster lepadogaster, is a small fish measuring about 7 cm in length that spends its life in shallow waters, typically near rocky areas.
It has a ventral suction cup that allows it to cling to rocks, even upside down.
This species is quite colorful, featuring a pattern with electric blue spots and reddish-purple areas along its body.
